We’re halfway through the world premiere* of [intlink id="223" type="page"]+1 Sword[/intlink], and a whole bunch of Melbournian adventure seekers have made it through their first dungeon. There are only four performances left for this run, so if you want to get your geek on, you’d better book some tickets and come join us!

*This is technically true, but it does sound a bit wanky, doesn’t it?

It’s time to don your Invulnerable Coat of Arnd and pull a few gold pieces out of your bag of holding, because [intlink id="223" type="page"]+1 Sword[/intlink] opens tonight. Come on down to Caz Reitops Dirty Secrets and discover the joyful geekery of Dungeons & Dragons through the eyes of Richard and Ben!

Science Week has been and gone – see the Man in the Lab Coat blog for a couple of highlights from Melbourne’s programme – but now the Melbourne Fringe Festival looms! It all kicks off on September 19, and Shaolin Punk is involved again this year! [intlink id="223" type="page"]+1 Sword[/intlink] is a collaboration between comedy geeks Richard McKenzie and Ben McKenzie, revealing the deep dark secrets behind Dungeons & Dragons. Tickets are now available online at the Fringe Festival web site, though you can also buy them at the door.
